There will be many times when you’re away from your computer and need to access your designs. Imagine this: You’re waiting in line at the grocery store and strike up a conversation with the person in front of you. You learn that they’re a UX designer at a local financial institution, and they’re eager to check out some of your work. You panic when you realize that you don’t have your computer with you. How will you show them the app designs you’ve created in this course?
Well, fear not! You can easily view your designs in Figma on a mobile device, using the Figma Mirror app for iOS or Android. This app allows you to create a more realistic and immersive environment for your designs, without the browser header and footer. Designs on your mobile screen update in real-time as you make changes in the desktop version of Figma. Editing designs in the Figma Mirror app is not possible, but the ability to preview how designs actually appear on the intended device is super valuable!
